Our spruce sauna – built with wood from our own forest – is a retreat of warmth and peace. The scent of our organic herbs fills the air as you surrender to the soothing heat. After the sauna, the fresh mountain air invigorates, and the outdoor shower refreshes and re-energizes. In the adjacent relaxation and yoga room, you will find space for movement or silence – depending on how you feel.
