| Prices per apartment per day for 2 people. For short stays (3+4 nights) we charge an extra 50 euros per flat and stay. - our cozy Tyrolean farmhouse parlour with many games and selected literature about South Tyrol is available as a lounge
- large outdoor area with sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities and a natural playground for the children
- The following sports equipment is available free of charge: Toboggans, snowshoes, hiking poles;
- bike- and skidepot
- Drinking water from our own spring
- GUEST PASS EGGENTAL: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol
- numerous hiking maps, bike maps, information material on cultural facilities and events, etc...
- all herbs (seasonal) from our herb garden
- pick-up service from the bus stop in Nova Levante/Welschnofen on the day of arrival and departure
- for the apartment: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, W-LAN, final cleaning, electricity and heating
- parking lot
- Children's equipment (high chair, crib, safety cot, bath tub, night light)
Not included services:
- Local tax: 2,70 Euro per day per person (>14 years)
- Bread service
- Shopping service (only on the day of arrival)
- Washing, drying and ironing facilities
- booking the Stube as a working room (workation)
Further conditions:
- The booking will be confirmed as soon as the deposit fee, depending on the length of stay and the amount, has been paid.
- Please understand that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
- If your arrival is later or in case of early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
- The apartments are ready for occupancy from 15:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00.
- Please understand that we will retain the deposit in case of cancellations. For cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 70% of the booked stay.
- On our farm you can pay in cash or using online banking during your stay.
